Article 1. Information Collected
The Service collects the following information for registration and service use: email address, Google account profile (name, profile photo), service usage records, access logs, and payment records. For seller registration, additional information including real name, date of birth, phone number, and bank account details are collected.
Article 2. Purpose of Use
Collected personal information is used for the following purposes: service provision and account management, content recommendation and personalization, payment and settlement processing, customer support and dispute resolution, service improvement and statistical analysis.
Article 3. Retention Period
Personal information is destroyed immediately upon account deletion. However, where required by law, data is retained for the prescribed period: contract or withdrawal records (5 years), payment records (5 years), consumer complaint records (3 years), access logs (3 months).
Article 4. Third-Party Sharing
The Service does not provide personal information to third parties without user consent. However, minimal information is shared with the payment gateway (PortOne) for payment processing, and identity verification information is shared with Sumsub for international seller KYC.
Article 5. User Rights
You may view, modify, or delete your personal information at any time. When you request account deletion, all personal information is destroyed immediately. Personal information inquiries can be submitted through Settings > Account Management.
