Article 1. Service Usage
AImade Lab ("Service") provides AI-based content creation and marketplace services. By agreeing to these terms, you may use the Service. All features of the Service are governed by these terms.
Article 2. Account
You may sign up for the Service using a Google account. You are responsible for managing your account information and may not share or transfer your account to third parties. Accounts may be suspended if unauthorized use is detected.
Article 3. Content
Copyright for content generated through AI is governed by applicable laws. When registering derivative content, royalties are distributed to the original creator, and derivatives are allowed up to 2 generations. Illegal content or content that infringes on others' rights may be removed without prior notice.
Article 4. Payment
Credits are used for AI execution, and content purchases are processed through separate billing payments. Platform fees are included in the payment amount and are not displayed separately. Credit refunds are available only for unused portions and may be subject to fees.
Article 5. Disclaimer
The Service does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or legality of AI-generated content. Users are responsible for how they use AI-generated results. The Service is not liable for damages caused by force majeure events such as service outages or data loss.
